What do company values mean to us?

All the people employed in our family business are concerned with the company values. You can rely on the fact that these values are generally considered in our thinking and acting here and all over the world. Together with our efficient and motivated employees and a lot of curiosity, creativity and acting consciously, we manage to create something new every day. This is the way we make our customers, suppliers, and competitors feel.

How did we develop our company values?

The management cooperated with its employees to develop the company values. At first, each department and each unit named specific values which then were summed up to a total. In the process, the key values became evidently as they had been mentioned by all the departments and units. The key values are namely respect, innovation and quality, reliability, and steadiness.

In which way do we interpret the company values?

  • Respect means for us to treat other people equitably because we value their personality and work and tolerate their opinion. We are open-minded about new ideas and like to share our experience.
  • Innovation and quality are reached by means of curiousness and creativity, through continuously improving our development processes, paired with experience, expertise, and the customer needs being put into focus.
  • Reliability stands for living up to our contract bonds conscientiously and on time, and for answering our customer requests quickly and proficiently.
  • Steadiness includes reliable planning and ideally coordinated processes as well as safeguarding jobs. We work together on the basis of mutual understanding.
